a low-rise urban infill project, 84th ave. creates 12 comfortable market-rate units in the lower southeast of portland. generous windows wrap the facade and offer light and air to all rooms, generating a repetition inside and out. a slim front profile helps densify a narrow site without dwarfing suburban neighbors.
