description :
on a 100 ft. by 100 ft. lot in suburban portland, the project brief was to provide six family dwellings with a shared outdoor space and six accompanying parking spaces. a pair of larger units in the front of the site address the suburban context, while four smaller units in the back shape the outdoor space and diversify the community demographics.
