using cnc fabrication for a construction that slips together without fasteners, table 01 is the origin of a series of home furniture inspired by the aesthetics of donald judd, elaborated in a personal style. heavily inspired by architecture desk 74, table 01 utilizes the signature double top plane to create storage for books, and is subtly shifted to create a surface to place drinks, etc. the supporting planes are rotated to created a unique geometry and then exposed and colored on the top plane to highlight the structural elements. 3/4” baltic birch plywood.
